Tai Chi Classes at Parker’s Place Fitness

Get up and get moving with the gentle yet challenging motions of tai chi! This traditional Chinese exercise is a great way to restore your mind and body after hard exercise, recovery from injury, or just the rigors of daily life. These proven techniques help to strengthen, reduce stiffness and increase balance and coordination. No prior experience necessary.

  • When: Thursdays at 5pm; Saturdays at 8am
  • Where: Parker’s Place Fitness, Oconomowoc WI (Map)
  • Cost: $50 per month (1 person); $80 per month (couple or family), 2 classes per week
