We all know that yoga is good for our flexibility and strength, but it can be intimidating if you’ve never done it before! If you have little or no experience with yoga and have always wanted to try it, my new class is for you. We will be working on the basics of each pose, and go slowly through a gentle flow.
Best of all, since I’m still in training to become a full yoga instructor, the classes will be free.
Join me at Parker’s Place Total Fitness in Oconomowoc every Saturday at 9am, starting Nov 10th. The class is available to the first 15 students who arrive. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat if you have one!
