First, a note of thanks. I am so appreciative of all the students who have taken our classes so far at Parker’s Place. This past year I’ve met so many great folks with passion for self-improvement, and it has really challenged and inspired me. Teaching is also about learning, and I’ve certainly learned so much from all of you. Thank you for making it a great 2018, and I’m excited to continue into our second year.
Last Free Yoga Class this Saturday
Our free yoga classes have been well attended, and I’m glad that so many men are willing to try yoga. The last one will be this Saturday December 29th at 9am. I hope you can join us!
New Year Class Schedule
I’m excited to announce our new year class schedule starting next week. We will be moving our weeknight classes from Thursdays to Wednesdays. The new schedule is as follows:
Wednesday Evenings starting January 3rd:
- Tai Chi at 5pm
- Yoga at 6pm
- Tai Chi at 8am
- Yoga at 9am
Our pricing remains the same in the new year for tai chi, and the cost will be the same for yoga. With a monthly membership, so you can attend classes twice a week at one low rate. (You do not have to be a member of Parker’s Place.)
- Yoga or Tai Chi Classes (Single) – $60 per month
- Yoga or Tai Chi Classes (Couple/Family) – $90 per month
- All Classes (Single) – $110 per month
- All Classes (Couple/Family) – $160 per month
You can pay for classes online at my website, or in person before class with cash or a credit card.
I also have good quality yoga mats for sale if you need one. They cost $15.
