Hello everyone! I am taking on a new class at the Yoga 4 All studio, Yoga For Guys. My new class schedule is as follows, starting this week 12/1:
Wednesday at 9:00am IN STUDIO – Yoga for Guys. This class is tailor made for the male body by focusing on poses that free up joints and lengthen muscles while strengthening the core. Feel your best and enhance athletic performance by improving balance, agility, focus and concentration.
Saturday at 9:00am ONLINE – Energy Flow Yoga. This is an all-levels vinyasa class that is meant to invigorate the body, mind, and senses with physically challenging, yet accessible sequences. Learn how to focus your body’s energies to build strength, balance and endurance. Students are always encouraged to rest when needed and receive instruction on modifying poses for their comfort and safety.
To sign up for classes, visit the Yoga 4 All MindBody schedule to reserve your space. Please note that for the Guys’ class in studio, masks are required before and after class and you must bring your own mat and props.
