Starting Saturday, July 13th, our classes will be moving to the Yoga 4 All studio in Wales, WI. They are located across the street from Kettle Moraine High School at 208 East Oak Crest Drive.
I’m really excited to be teaching yoga and tai chi at Yoga 4 All — they have a beautiful space and great instructors. I’ve taken yoga there for several years and will do my best to match the quality of instruction I’ve received there when teaching my own classes.
Class pricing will be similar to what I’ve had in the past; a studio 10-class punch card is $99, and can be used for any of their fifteen class offerings every week.
My new class schedule is as follows, starting next Saturday July 13th:
Saturdays at 8:00am – Beginner Tai Chi. Enjoy the peaceful yet challenging motions of tai chi! Attain better balance, focus, and harmony of motion. This class is appropriate for beginners as well as those looking to restart their tai chi practice.
Saturday at 9:15am – Vinyasa Flow Yoga. Breathe, stretch and grow stronger mentally and physically. Vinyasa Flow Yoga explores a mindful flow through yoga postures by combining breath with movement. Participants learn tools to build strength and flexibility, improve balance, release tension and improve overall well being. This class is appropriate for beginners or those who have some yoga experience. Modifications are given to varying levels. All body types and levels of flexibility are welcome.
