Vinyasa Flow Yoga at Yoga 4 All

Breathe, stretch and grow stronger mentally and physically. Vinyasa Flow Yoga explores a mindful flow through yoga postures by combining breath with movement. Participants learn tools to build strength and flexibility, improve balance, release tension and improve overall well being. This class is appropriate for beginners or those who have some yoga experience. Modifications are given to varying levels. All body types and levels of flexibility are welcome.

Tai Chi Classes

Beginner Tai Chi at Yoga 4 All

Enjoy the peaceful yet challenging motions of tai chi! Attain better balance, focus, and harmony of motion. This class is appropriate for beginners as well as those looking to restart their tai chi practice.

Private Lessons

Can’t make it to the regular class times, or want some individual attention? Private and semi-private lessons (up to 3 people) are an affordable option! I have standing private lesson openings on Sundays from 11am to 1pm. Other available times may vary; contact me for more information. Pricing is shown in the Online Store.
